Five days post op and we went to Technology in Motion for her helmet fitting. Once we got Alannah’s helmet, we realised that this would be a long road to recovery.
We are now 12 weeks into her first helmet and our second one has been ordered. I can’t believe it’s already been her second helmet as we await one more in the process. Our journey has been crazy, but I’m so glad we went with the less invasive operation whilst having to wear a helmet.
